Midas Business Solutions is hiring a proactive and detail oriented E-commerce & 3PL Operations Specialist to support a US based 3PL client. This role focuses on managing Shopify and Amazon FBM order flow, troubleshooting integrations, and ensuring smooth fulfillment operations across multiple systems.

You will work closely with warehouse teams, shipping partners, and US clients to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is technically comfortable with e-commerce platforms, highly organized, and confident communicating with US based clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily Shopify and Amazon FBM order flow and ensure accurate fulfillment
  • Monitor incoming orders and ensure correct sync to 3PL or warehouse systems
  • Troubleshoot Shopify, Amazon, and 3PL integration issues and resolve order errors
  • Handle Amazon FBM shipping confirmations, tracking updates, and shipment status
  • Work inside 3PL platforms such as ShipStation and ShipEdge to manage fulfillment
  • Identify and resolve SKU mismatches, inventory discrepancies, and order failures
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams, shipping carriers, and internal departments
  • Perform daily order audits and maintain fulfillment accuracy and SLA compliance
  • Assist with system setup, SKU mapping, shipping method mapping, and testing
  • Communicate professionally with US clients via email, Slack, and virtual meetings
  • Provide regular updates and operational reports to management
  • Continuously monitor operations and suggest process improvements

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
  • Strong hands on experience with Shopify backend and order management
  • Experience managing Amazon FBM orders and fulfillment workflow
  • Experience working with 3PL systems such as ShipStation, ShipEdge, or similar platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot order sync, SKU mapping, and integration related issues
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking ability
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems, dashboards, and tools simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily operations
  • Experience working with US based clients is highly preferred
  • Understanding of shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and EasyPost is a plus
  • Reliable high speed internet and ability to work during US business hours
