We are looking for someone who can think like the owner and take full responsibility for the growth and upkeep of the websites.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior SEO Specialist with strong WordPress expertise to join our growing digital team in Dhaka.

You’ll be the first dedicated SEO hire, responsible for managing international (especially US-based) client projects — and will eventually lead your own SEO team as we expand.

Responsibilities

  • 🔹 SEO Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to boost organic rankings, leads, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights for international clients.
  • Optimize WordPress sites — including themes, plugins, site structure, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Perform full technical SEO audits and resolve crawl, indexing, and speed issues.
  • Lead link-building, guest posting, and local SEO campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content strategies.
  • 🔹 Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Set and monitor key SEO KPIs — rankings, traffic, leads, conversions.
  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • 🔹 Collaboration & Leadership
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, design, and development teams.
  • Suggest UX and structure improvements that impact SEO.
  • Establish and document SEO best practices for future hires.
  • Potential to grow into an SEO Team Lead role.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong experience working with international/US-based clients.
  • Hands-on expertise in WordPress (themes, plugins, Yoast/RankMath).
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for WordPress fixes.
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and ownership.
  • Leadership mindset and the ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Experience with local SEO & Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Familiarity with schema markup and UX principles.
  • Basic PPC experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Prior experience in digital agencies.
