Midas Business Solutions is seeking a high-performance, strategic Sales Manager to spearhead our outbound growth engine for the US market. We are looking for a "player-coach" who can take a strategic blueprint and transform it into a repeatable, scalable client acquisition machine.

In this role, you will be responsible for building a predictable pipeline of US-based small and medium businesses (SMEs), managing the full sales funnel from initial prospecting to closing discovery calls. This position requires a deep understanding of the US outsourcing landscape and the ability to operate with a founder’s mindset during US business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Strategy Execution: Lead a multi-channel outreach motion (Cold Calling, Email, LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers in the US.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, ensuring every prospect has a documented "next action" and moves efficiently through the funnel stages.
  • Data-Driven Prospecting: Build and enrich targeted lead lists based on specific Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), ensuring high data accuracy and deliverability.
  • Activity & Volume: Consistently meet daily outreach targets to generate 10–20 qualified appointments per month.
  • Strategic Positioning: Act as a consultative partner to US business owners, identifying operational pain points—such as lead leakage or administrative bottlenecks—and offering remote team layers as a solution.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze outreach metrics and conversion rates to refine scripts, messaging, and targeting on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven outbound sales or BPO experience specifically targeting the US market.
  • Communication: Exceptional, near-native English fluency (written and verbal) is non-negotiable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience using modern CRM platforms, lead generation software, and outbound dialing systems. While we utilize specific tools, we value the ability to master and optimize any enterprise-grade sales stack.
  • Work Schedule: Must be available for the US Night Shift (consistent with US Eastern or Pacific business hours).
  • Market Expertise: Demonstrated ability to navigate US industries such as Real Estate, Home Services, and Marketing Agencies.
