Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to help grow the online visibility of Rivcoassistant.com. This is a part-time remote role for someone who can deliver consistent, measurable improvements in rankings and traffic.

The role requires structured planning, clear communication, and monthly milestone-based performance.

This is not a full-time position. We expect accountability, defined working hours for coordination, and a strong focus on results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on the USA market
  • Perform keyword research aligned with business goals and search intent
  • Guide and manage internal team members for SEO-related tasks
  • Optimize on-page SEO including content, meta tags, internal linking, and structure
  • Identify technical SEO issues and provide actionable solutions
  • Plan and oversee off-page SEO activities (execution supported by team)
  • Track rankings, traffic, and conversions and report progress monthly
  • Maintain and improve existing rankings through ongoing optimization
  • Set clear monthly milestones and ensure measurable growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven SEO experience
  • Prior experience working with USA-based businesses is mandatory
  • Ability to show past results such as ranking improvements or traffic growth
  • Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO
  • Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
  • Must be reliable, honest, and committed to deadlines
  • Ability to lead and guide a support team effectively
  • Must provide fixed availability hours for meetings and coordination
