Job Description

Midas Business Solutions, a California-based virtual assistant company, is hiring a Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist for a dual role split roughly 50/50 between two areas. This is a remote, full-time position on US business hours.

Half your time is spent on marketing for Midas — running our Google and Meta ad campaigns and email marketing to grow the business.

The other half is spent supporting one of our clients — a US-based 3PL (third-party logistics) company that serves multiple e-commerce businesses — with their fulfillment operations and technical support.

We're looking for someone technically sharp and versatile, who can switch between creative marketing work and hands-on operational problem-solving. Marketing experience is required; we'll train you on the 3PL/operations side.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing for Midas (≈50%)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads to generate leads and grow our VA business.
  • Build and manage email marketing — automated flows, newsletters, and outreach campaigns.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and continuously improve ROI.
  • Report on campaign performance and suggest new marketing strategies.
  • 3PL Client Operations Support (≈50% — we'll train you)
  • Support a US-based 3PL client with day-to-day fulfillment operations.
  • Work across platforms like Shopify, Amazon FBM, BigCommerce, AmeriCommerce, and Duoplane.
  • Troubleshoot order, SKU, and sync issues inside 3PL software such as ShipStation and ShipEdge.
  • Investigate problems, find the root cause, and resolve or escalate them clearly.
  • Communicate professionally with the client and their teams via email, chat, and calls.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven media-buying experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (must-have).
  • Hands-on email marketing experience with campaigns that convert.
  • Strong technical aptitude — you learn new software fast and enjoy understanding how systems work.
  • Genuine problem-solving ability — when something breaks or underperforms, you diagnose and fix it independently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English — you'll work directly with US clients.
  • Versatile and comfortable switching between creative marketing and hands-on operational work.
  • Willingness to learn the 3PL/fulfillment side (aptitude matters more than prior experience).
  • Highly organized, independent, and able to take ownership across both areas.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and availability during US business hours.
