Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for outbound client acquisition in the US market. The role focuses on reaching decision makers through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email to generate qualified leads and book sales meetings. This position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to understand client needs quickly.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research US based companies and decision makers
- Execute daily LinkedIn outreach and cold calling campaigns
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision makers
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow ups in CRM
- Follow structured sales scripts while adapting to conversations naturally
- Coordinate with sales or management team for smooth handoff
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and booking targets
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach or cold calling preferred
- Comfortable speaking with US clients and senior decision makers
- Strong persuasion and objection handling skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently hit targets
- Reliable internet connection and quiet remote working setup
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
